The back deck is fully gated so your furry friends can enjoy the space alongside you, and we provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners. - We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee. - Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, ropes course, golfing, and much more. There is also an indoor / outdoor water park that is open year-round. Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away, as are fantastic restaurants, breweries, and wineries. - The property has a large, flat, circular driveway that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten. - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. Each bedroom, plus the great room, features a smart TV where you can access all the main streaming services. - We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options - Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season ($6 per-person additional fee is required) - Linens and towels provided - Crib, Pack n play, high chair, stroller, baby monitor, board games and puzzles provided - This home has a electric fireplace - We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports.
